About me
I’m looking for a team where I can put my unique blend of leadership, coordination, and people skills to work. While my background spans education, sports, and site management, the common thread throughout my career has been a relentless ability to adapt and a culture-first approach to leadership.
I truly believe I can be successful in almost any environment, whether that is Human Resources, project coordination, or corporate training, as long as I’m working with the right people. My greatest strengths are my adaptability and my ability to connect with others to drive results. I’ve managed diverse teams of ten employees, coached varsity athletes to peak performance, and navigated the high-pressure world of educational site management.
What sets me apart is my ability to pivot into a new field and deliver high-quality work. For example, I recently completed a technical project coordination assignment for an architecture firm. Despite no prior experience in architecture, I quickly oriented myself, analyzed complex budget trackers, and developed a comprehensive coordination roadmap for a commercial renovation. This project showcases my ability to master new software platforms and industry-specific logic in a matter of hours.
A few other things I bring to the table:
- Operational Excellence: I’m highly proficient in the MS Office Suite and have a knack for using data and spreadsheets to manage budgets and track progress toward milestones.
- Strategic Training & Development: I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have extensive experience developing training programs that improve staff performance and instructional quality.
- Versatility: From coordinating off-season wrestling camps to managing a museum internship, I have a proven track record of succeeding in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
I am looking for a company that values growth, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. I’m confident that my ability to learn on the fly and my dedication to supporting those around me would make me a strong asset to your organization.
